"A" Street Project Information
"A" Street Stage II
The City of Moscow is taking steps to complete the A Street Improvements - Stage 2 project. The project will improve A Street beginning 500’ west of Line Street and extending to the east side of Home Street as well as Line Street from A Street to the Moscow-Pullman highway (S.H. 8). The design is expected to be completed by December of 2009.
The improvements will include reconstructing and widening the streets, installing new curbs and sidewalks, and replacing utilities. The majority of the project is being funded by the Federal Highway Administration through the Idaho Transportation Department and the City is providing a 7.34% local match.
The City of Moscow has selected Welch Comer Engineers as the prime engineering consultant for the project’s design.
