University of Idaho Crime Statistics
These crime statistics are those reported under the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) by the Moscow Police Department. Where the area of the crime was listed in the report, it is listed above as "on campus", "housing", "off campus", or "public property".
On Campus: Any building or property owned or controlled by an institution of higher education.
Housing: Dormitories or other residential facilities for students on campus.
Off Campus: Any building or property owned or controlled by a student organization, officially recognized by the institution (fraternities - sororities)
Public Property All public property including thoroughfare, streets, sidewalks and parking facilities, and is within the campus, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
