Board of Adjustment
Mission Statement
The Board of Adjustment functions as a Board of Hearing Examiners, constituted to hear and decide appeals from any determination made by the Building Inspector, and to hear and grant or deny applications for conditional use and variances.
Structure and Organization
The Board Consists of seven (7) members, each appointed for a five (5) year term by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council. Board members are selected without respect to political affiliation.
